MILLE
The four channels preamp Mille was realized thanks to the meeting of the most
sophisticated research and a hand-made manufacturing. It was studied in order to be
connected with any kind of system, from the simplest ones to the most sophisticated rack
systems.
Mille circuitry has got three channels completely separated one from the other, while the fourth channel is split from the third. This has allowed us, during the design of Mille, to optimize every section using the best components according to the sound required. The power supply section was carefully studied to have the best performances without any noise or hum; in this way it’s possible to obtain a precise sound and the tube life will be extended. We have only used high grade components, carefully selected to have the lowest noise possible and the best sound. All the components of this preamp are handmade assembled.

CLEAN:
This channel allows to have, even in the medium control position (at ‘6’), a very precise
sound, a high definition and a wide dynamic range.
Thanks to these characteristics you will obtain the best of your performances. You will
notice that if you play a bit with the gain and volume control (first increasing the gain and
decreasing the volume, then doing the opposite operation) you can have a fatter or a
thinner sound just choosing the different harmonics produced by PLOOH. According to the
pick-up you are using, if you use a higher gain than 8 (be sure you have decreased the
master), you will obtain a small distortion which is very good for the Blues, ex: (gain 9 /
master 4 / bass 8 / mid 7 / high 7). The BRIGHT switch is more active with low gain
values.
CRUNCH:
This channel is able to create the highest numbers of sounds. You can start with the
medium regulation “all controls at 6” and then, moving the gain + bright, you can switch
from the “Stones” sounds to the nearly Lead for Hard.
In order to assure the most natural sound of your guitar, we advise you not to place the
mid control under “4” position . A good choice for a crunch rhythm could be: gain 7 /
master 6 / bass 7 / mid 7 / high 6 / bright in.
LEAD SHINE & FAT:
It is a single channel but, thanks to the switching, it is possible to obtain two different
kind of sounds.
SHINE refers to the highest equalization in the high frequencies and FAT refers to the
fattest sound in the bass frequencies. Thanks to its distortion level, this channel is able to
keep high sustain and can catch any kind of sound without problems.
